ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS
Question for a marriage counselor Any suggestions for how to push oneself to discuss issues of concern as they arise and not after thinking about them for hours myself?

Marriage Counselors reply
The problem occurs when you feel in your heart as if you are attacking rather than discussing. So say, "I want your help in talking about something that is hard for me" or "I have something on my mind and I'm hoping you can help. If you ask for help, you are less likely to sound attacking and more likely to get some.
